I am Christiana Afriyie. The C.E.O and Founder of Grace Mountain Home Health Care. My passion and care for health care and providing true compassionate care for people developed at a very young age. Growing up, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to watch my mom as a healthcare ally, who is this amazing, kind, and caring person. She loves nurturing people. I attribute her in leading me to become a natural empath and have compassion for people. Her nurturing and loving nature goes on to inspire me to want to care for people and because of her I chose to be a healthcare ally for the rest of my life and career.
At age 18, I started working in healthcare which gave me the firsthand knowledge and experience I needed to strive and thrive. I knew my passion for healthcare was only going to expand. At age 20, I decided to go to college to be a healthcare ally and earn my degree in Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. I graduated Cum Laude with my class. After graduation, and at the young age of 24, I took my love for healthcare a step further and made an everlasting impact on people’s lives - a permanent mark, something they can remember forever. Being in the healthcare field for over 6 years, I wanted to use the passion and love I have for the individuals I took care of and the industry to create a home health agency which would go on to become Grace Mountain Home Health Care, the home of compassionate care.
My goal for creating Grace Mountain Home Health Care was to be a healthcare provider where individuals can find quality care while also experiencing true, genuine and compassionate care.
